George Moving and Storage Inc

“We had moversxa few years ago that shall remain unnamed so we were very apprehensive. George Moving restored our faith and we would gladly use them again.”

“This is our 3rd move with George’s. After the first move we knew we would never use another company! Dave has been the lead for each move. He always ensures that everything is well packed. From start to finish they are an awesome team!!”

“Our moving crew was fantastic! Energetic almost running at times up and down stairs, in and out of the truck, through the house to pick up the next load. They were full of cheer and good humor which was greatly appreciated at this time! We liked how friendly they were towards us and each other and how well they worked together. You could tell they had worked together for awhile and they seemed to enjoy their work. Very impressive crew!”

“Very experienced ,and safe workers ,and detailed, job was completed as explained with no damage highly recommended”

“George Moving did a great job in moving us from Pgh to Frisco, Tx. They arranged for the boxing of a glass table top, to other breakables. The packers and driver arrived on time and worked expeditiously. The delivery date was accurate and Paul the driver called to give us both a specific pickup as well as delivery time. Excellent!”

“On time, worked with us on putting somethings in storage. In and out, professional group. I hope I never have to move again but if I do I'll be calling George's!”

“Dave and Jim were such pleasures to work with. They were on time, super friendly, and very careful handling all the furniture and boxes. I am definitely going to use them again!”

“I had a great experience. Both men were on time and very professional. They handled all of my property very carefully and were courteous and polite. They move the stuff into my apartment in a very timely manner, and I would definitely recommend them in the future.”

“We had an excellent experience with George Moving. The crew was professional, polite, and hard working. They treated our belongings respectfully and ensured everything was in the right location in the new house.”

“We recently made a cross country move from Ohio to Wisconsin. So many things to make happen and at times stress over. Much of that stress was relieved by Jack and his Ohio and then Wisconsin crew. They were awesome on both ends. So considerate of us and our belongings. They looked for was to make the whole thing easier . Certainly was one less worry knowing Jack was meeting us on the other end!”

“We were extremely satisfied with the movers. They were very professional and courteous. This was the second time we have used George’s and would not hesitate to call them again. THANKS for the GREAT SERVICE!!”

“Moving across several states is a stressful event - but made so much easier by George Moving & Storage ! We moved an entire household from Pittsburgh to SC last week and it could not have been a better experience ! Our rep, Debbie, and Jack (who oversaw the move and drove the big rig) were both so professional and yet friendly at the same time! If you want to de-stress the entire moving experience I would recommend this company —- !”

“We had an overall great experience working with Tyler and his crew. Tyler had the best pricing and was the first to respond with a proposal. His crew worked very efficiently and consisted of professional and polite people. They came on time, and picked up and moved all our office furniture in no time. I can hardly recommend working with George Moving & Storage.”

“Exceptional Service. Rebecca and the team were fantastic from scheduling, estimate, pack out and move. Having moved over thirty times in my life (military family, military member and moved for jobs) this was the most impressive group of movers I have used. They were always on time, protected walls, floors and carpets when moving. Took extra care with wrapping furniture and other items. Kept in touch during transit and arrived within five minutes of their estimate. I would highly recommend this group.”

“I always count on the team at George Moving for any moving needs. They are great to work with, communicate well, and take great care of our belongings. Highly Recommend.”

“Mike was fantastic. His packing skills and great personality were spot on, All our fragile and delicate items arrived safely. Many thanks.”

“Highly recommend this company with no reservations whatsoever”

“Staff was excellent. Would use the same staff again.”

“George M&S did a great job from start to finish. Dave and his two assistants did all the packing, and Lonnie drove my furnishings to their destination, using two local assistants for delivery. Lonnie made sure that everything was brought in safely and nothing was missing.”

“Tyler Minnick and his crew made our move so much less stressful by being on time, courteous and efficient. We will choose them again for our next move.”

“The meeting and quote from Paul Skalos was what sold me on George Moving and Storage. First, he looked over our unit’s furniture and goods. Then he sat with us and presented visuals of the company along with an oral presentation. We were sold. On packing and pick up days, the workers arrived on time and efficiently worked together. We had the same individuals both days plus one extra on move out day. They were Paul, Chuck, Erica, and Craig. Their work was excellent. I’m glad I selected George Moving.”

“You can be certain that if anyone asks me for a recommendation on a moving company, I will recommend George Moving & Storage, Inc.! Also, thank you for your part (with Elaines assistance sometimes) in planning the move, scheduling (and re-scheduling again and again…) to meet our needs and always being courteous and pleasant when I spoke with you or met you.”

“George Moving & Storage did an amazing job with our move from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh, PA. Their office staff were always quick and responsive in getting us a quote, moving times, and other info. The moving team was fantastic at both ends - very professional, efficient, friendly, and took care to wrap all necessary furniture pieces in protective blankets. Parking in Philly is tricky, so we were also very grateful that the driver communicated with us early in the day so that everything went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend them!”

“Very pleased with the service, especially our Driver who could not have acted any more professional.”

“The entire team was simply outstanding! Deb, Chris and Gary were very professional, personable and incredibly easy to work with and made each and every step of the process a positive experience. We are repeat customers and that will continue going forward. We fully intend to use the George team for our future moving needs. Thanks to all!”
