Put the Right Role in Front of the Right Person
Your knowledge of local employers is one of the most valuable things you bring. Metaintro keeps a record of every role you share, so you and your team know what each member has already seen.
Option 1: Find Jobs in a Thread
Open the member from the Dashboard, select the Threads tab and open a thread. Select Find Jobs. Under What to look for, describe the roles you want, for example part-time warehouse roles with no degree required, or leave it empty to search from what Metaintro already knows about the member. Select Search. The search runs in the background, so you can keep working while it finishes. Pick the roles you want, select Draft reply, check or edit the reply, then send it. Nothing reaches the member until you send.

Option 2: Log a Sent List
If you sent jobs by email or another channel, record it. In the thread, select Log Sent List and fill in:
- Sent: the date you sent it.
- Channel: how you sent it, for example email.
- Note: anything worth remembering.
- Market size: how many jobs fit their constraints, compared with the whole market.
- Each role: title, employer, location, pay and apply link.
You can also choose Log sent list from the + Actions menu.
