Setting a Follow-Up Reminder

Never lose track of a promised call. Set a next follow-up when you log a check-in, schedule check-ins ahead and give members a clear next action.

Keep Your Promises Visible

When you tell a member "I'll call you Thursday", Metaintro can hold on to that for you. There are a few ways to set it, depending on where you are.

Option 1: Add a Follow-Up When You Log a Check-In

After a call or message, select Log check-in on the member's profile. Fill in the date, method, direction and note, then choose a date in Next follow-up. Select Log Check-In to save.

Option 2: Schedule a Check-In

Select the + button at the top of any page, choose Schedule check-in, then pick the person.

Option 3: Set a Next Action

On the member's Details tab, find Next action and select Set. You can also choose Set next action from the + Actions menu. If the member has nothing pending, it says Nothing owed right now.

Option 4: Add a Task

Choose Add task from the + Actions menu, then pick the person, to track a to-do for that member.

Where Follow-Ups Show Up

Your Home screen shows how many items are Overdue and Due this week, so start each day there.
