Why Logging Matters

A quick log turns every conversation into part of the member's story. It keeps Last contacted accurate and stops people slipping through the cracks.

Step 1: Open Log Check-In

Pick whichever is closest:

  • On a member's Details tab, select Log check-in.
  • On the Home screen, select Log check-in next to anyone in Gone quiet or Not search-ready.
  • Select the + button at the top of any page, choose Log check-in, then pick the person.

Step 2: Fill In the Details

The form shows the member's name and asks for:

  • Date: when the contact happened.
  • Method: how you were in touch. Choose from Email, Phone, Text, Discord, In person or Video call.
  • Direction: I reached out, or They reached out.
  • Note: what you talked about.
  • Next follow-up (optional): when you will be back in touch.

Do I have to set a follow-up?

No, it is optional. Setting one is the easiest way to remember what you owe the member next.
