Woods Basement Systems

“Worked very hard on the frozen ground but dud a great job. You cant even tell where they dug up.”

“I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I was pleased at all that was done to my home.”

“Since my ordeal with a flooded basement years ago, I have trusted my Woods Basement System's work and never been disappointed.”

“The crew was super friendly, and the job was done quickly and correctly. They even showed me photos of the work done. Prior to them doing the work, a crack appeared on the wall from a previous company and is now gone. My floors are level now! Thank you for fixing everything and being transparent.”

“Woods was right, the one section of the front of the house needed to be fixed like they had done to the rear of the house too several years ago. They told me to watch the concrete cracks and the one front corner started to settle the basement floor went with it like it had done across the entire back of my home. Your guys are very hard working and even though the ground was muddy they put it back and racked the yard so that you could hardly tell they were here digging around the foundation.”

“They were excellent. They arrived right on time, worked VERY hard all day. They encountered a couple of unexpected things in my crawlspace, which they communicated to me and either took care of themselves or gave me advice and options for dealing with.”

“I had several different companies come and give me estimates on the project before selecting Woods. I was most pleased with Woods' presentation, and felt you all best and most completely answered my questions and were willing to provide a proposal that met my needs.”

“When the invoice sent with the crew wasn't quite right (needed to be made out to my Dad's trust instead of me personally), they were very easy to work with. Got it corrected and emailed to me, even though it took a couple of tries to get the email to go through for some reason.”

“The production staff was excellent, particularly Dominic. His customer service skills and knowledge of his job are exceptional and terrific. It has been my experience over the past 50 years in doing business that he is the best worker I have interacted with in the business world. I am very pleased to have had Dominic do the exceptional work on my home crawlspace.”
