What their customers say
Quotes from people at WithMe, Inc.'s customers.
““It’s excellent,” she said. “It is fabulous!””
““It’s print and go, print and go, print and go,” Jenn said. “Everything is on the screen for you. It’s self-explanatory.””
““The fact that everything is all-inclusive definitely helps even more,” Jenn said. “We’re not responsible for toner or for paper or any of that mess.””
““The PrintWithMe team walked us right through it,” Jenn said. “It was basically self-install. My day was not disrupted at all.””
““Our day consists of copying, scanning, printing. That’s a big majority of our day. Whether it’s scanning leases or printing invoices or leads or emails or flyers or the residents needing something, this machine is a big part of our day. In my opinion, it is the most used item.””

““One hundred percent, I would absolutely champion either one,” he said. “I think it’s important that you know your demographic and how you pick out what to offer.””
““Having PrintWithMe available 24/7, I can tell you that people come down to that club lounge and grab coffee and print 24 hours a day,” Bloom said.”
““A lot of the buildings around here kind of nickel and dime the residents for every little thing,” Bloom said. “We just build it into the cost, and that, to me, goes a long way.””
““I’m sure everybody in this building has a coffee maker in their apartment, yet they still come down because it’s a good cup of coffee and it’s saving them money and a trip,” Bloom said. “A lot of them are on a budget.””
““People see it as a huge savings,” Bloom said of PrintWithMe. “They’ll print a 100-page book and they know in the back of their mind they’re not paying for the ink.””
““SipWithMe and PrintWithMe both complemented each other,” Bloom said. “And we only had to deal with one company, which was great. That’s why we went with both.””
““Being able to come down and not have your personal confidential information sitting on the printer is huge,” Bloom said. “They just have to come down and punch the code in.””
““Taking the printing away from…the leasing office and giving our residents 24-hour access was important,” Bloom said.”
““I really don’t know how other properties do their printing, but I have definitely recommended PrintWithMe to just about everybody I could think of,” she said. “Honestly, the whole experience has just been really easy. Printing at Main Street Square went from nothing to amazing.””
““I love the fact that PrintWithMe is just one cost per month,” she said. “And they maintain everything and even provide the paper, which takes the stress of one other amenity that we have to keep up off our shoulders.””
““We haven’t even had to contact support yet. Knock on wood, but so far it’s been a seamless amenity,” Dawn shared. “We’ve spent zero time trying to troubleshoot or fix anything.””
““I definitely enjoy having PrintWithMe here, and I think it’s a valued amenity on our property,” she noted. “Residents think it’s wonderful that we have it.””
““When we were advertising that we were bringing PrintWithMe here, everybody thought it was awesome,” she shared. “We advertised it for a couple months before we actually got it, so it was great to see how many people were excited about it.””
““The hardest part was unboxing it,” she recalled. “It only took a whole five minutes off my life.””
““I already knew PrintWithMe’s reputation, so it was the first company I went to,” she recalls. “I knew the service and customer service were going to be great.””
““Residents would email us what they needed, and we’d print it out for them, but we were also touring people, answering the phone, and returning emails, so we’d have to stop what we were doing,” Dawn said.”
““We got to advertise PrintWithMe as another amenity, which was great because we went from not having a business center to having a printer and a scanner that residents could come in and use.””
““We’ve had a lot of people come in and go, ‘Oh my gosh, I didn’t know you guys had this here!’,” she said.”
“Literally the only thing we have to do with PrintWithMe Office is add paper to it,” Dawson said. “Which the company also provides. The simplicity of it knocks hours out of our day.”
“PrintWithMe Office is quick and very responsive for all of our computers, which is something that’s pretty difficult with other printers a lot of the time. And it’s actually wired into our internet, so if we lose our wireless connection, we can still print, which is incredible.”
““Even though printing seems like such a small thing, it brings a lot of value because it’s something other properties may not think about,” Charra said. “There can be thoughtfulness in the design of a community and in the amenities you offer, and PrintWithMe is one of those little things that shows residents you’ve really thought about how to make life more convenient for them.””
““PrintWithMe lets us keep working without having to stop for printing requests,” Charra said. “Even though printing seems like a small thing, each request could take five or 10 minutes, especially if we were waiting for an email to come through and going back and forth with the resident.””
““I didn’t necessarily expect people who are touring or moving in to get so excited when they see the PrintWithMe printer,” Charra added. “That’s something that has actually helped close deals for us.””
““To have printing available when she needed something on a whim was really great for her throughout her whole lease term,” Charra recalled. “It was a highlight for her to renew as well because she didn’t feel like she was going to be able to have that amenity somewhere else.””
““It’s a one-stop shop,” Charra shared. “Residents can print Amazon labels, schoolwork, meeting notes, whatever they need to take care of.””
