Transaction-Network is the industrial service infrastructure for mechanical and plant engineering (Maschinenbau). It connects producers/plant operators, machine builders (OEMs) and material suppliers on one manufacturer-independent network so that machine signals become structured service jobs automatically, without manual coordination. The goal: prevent unplanned machine downtime before it happens, keep delivery dates reliable even with thin staffing, and measurably lower operating costs through automated transactions and digital workflows instead of manual back-and-forth. Founded by Gerd Bart, Markus Jäckle and Matthias Maier, based in Gottmadingen am Bodensee, Germany. Recognized with the CECIMO Machine Tools Innovation Award 2025 and built on ISO-certified security and compliance standards.
