“Doesn’t matter if you make an appointment & sign up online- you’ll be waiting at least an hour to be seen. The staff jokes around behind the desks. Patients in the waiting room play loud videos on their phones, blasting over the elevator music. To be waiting so long while suffering is ridiculous. This is the 2nd time they’ve done this to me. Never coming here again. Edit: Doctor was great. Really professional. But the lack of “urgency” at this “urgent care” was beyond frustrating.”
