“The security officer that was on duty went above and beyond to help my team. One of the overnight CSRs left unexpectedly around 1 am last night due to her son being sick. My employee was left alone to manage the desk by herself. Luckily, the officer on duty was extremely helpful to her, managing the door and doorbell, directing people to call the hospital mainline, and explaining any delays to clients proactively.
