What their customers say
Quotes from people at Sheehy Volkswagen of Springfield's customers.
“The staff team involved from our test drive through to purchase were excellent. They provided courteous, service with an emphasis on respect and details. Granted it was a sales transaction, but they truly went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction!”
“David was amazingly helpful, friendly and courteous from the second we walked in the door and ever since we left with the new vehicle. He answered all questions and made us feel comfortable about making an important decision for our growing family.”
“David Cox at Sheehy was above and beyond exceptional. We just moved across the country and we desperately needed a new car. David made the process seamless and painless. We were so lucky to have him by our side. We love our new Tiguan!”
“I had the best car-buying experience at Sheehy, from the Sales to the financing process! I highly recommend you work with David Cox. He went above and beyond to ensure the process was easy, understandable, and enjoyable at the same time. Having experience not the best service by Sales Reps at dealerships in the past, I can say that David is a rare gem in the space who truly cares about his clients. In addition to this, I worked with the Finance Manager, and he is just amazing! If you are searching for a dealership that cares for its clients, I highly recommend you go to Sheehy!”
“Jonathan did a great job assisting me with finding a car. He did his best to work with my budget & I walked away with a great car with warranty and my oil changes are covered for a couple of years ! Jake is the most funniest person you can meet ! He made the ending process smooth and funny & gave me advice for the future. Very straightforward guy ! Loved my experience & if I’m looking for another SUV i will be coming back here”
