“It visit was fine. It didn't take nearly as long to be greeted upon entry as it normally would. It may have been the busiest time is the day, so my visit took two and a half hours. I went in for maintenance and the state inspection (both could have been the cause for delay…not sure). I left with the washer fluid still low (dash pop-up message) and had to buy two bottles today at Walmart. So, not all fluids were topped off as mentioned on the labor and parts list. Anyway, thanks for contacting me regarding needing service.”

“Car was missing part of roof after purchase. Make sure you check everything yourself and try radio, do not trust it just because it’s at a dealership! Ask to go through all paperwork don’t just sign.”

“The whole process buying a used vehicle at Sheehy Toyota went pretty smooth. Finance guy was very informative & efficient with paperwork. Only complaint I really have is I made an appointment to see a specific vehicle. I showed up on time for the appointment & my sales person I booked the appointment with said “Let me go get the car & bring it around front, I’ll be back in 5mins”. 25mins later he finally shows up with the car AND Dunkin’ Donuts. He went to Dunkin’ Donuts and got himself breakfast while I waited! Clearly had zero respect for my time. Not impressed with his customer service.”
