Customer service should be about helping clients and communicating respectfully, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the quality of their customer service management.”

Now we are ready to pay off the loan eight months early and they are saying my early payoff only counts towards the additional interest so they are ripping me off $20,000. Do not do business with this company or you will regret it like I do. There’s a reason why they have hundreds of one star reviews.”
