Multivista

““For us, it’s a no-brainer to have an unbiased independent party creating a comprehensive photographic record of construction progress.””

“We just completed our first project using Multivista to visually document the build process from beginning to end…The as-built progression photos saved us on numerous occasions from having to cut holes in or remove drywall. The photos were used by the electrician when the time came to add extra outlets and wires throughout the house at the owner’s request, thereby eliminating unnecessary work. In one instance alone, we gained a 200% return on our investment in Multivista.”

“We were reviewing a contractor’s monthly requisition and noticed a pay item claiming 100% for a façade demolition. Given this item’s significant dollar value, I needed verification…I checked the updated photos and they clearly showed that all façade demolition was finished. This saved me from having to drive to the site to do a visual check and at least two hours of my time. Thanks for providing an excellent service!”

“We always say, if you can’t prove that you’ve done your quality control, then it didn’t happen. You always can prove what had happened in-wall, or in-slab with Multivista on a job.”

“Multivista consistently helps our projects avoid cost overruns that typically come up with renovations. What is normally shown on the architectural drawings does not always match the reality of how our systems are installed. Multivista allows us to see behind walls, ceilings, and even slabs to eliminate many unforeseen conditions and costs.”

“Multivista gives us a precise record of what’s inside every wall, floor, and ceiling. Each photo’s exact location is marked on the digital floorplans for easy reference. By logging into the project daily, it’s easy to keep on top of any issue or question from a tablet or smartphone, and all guesswork is eliminated. From start to finish, we use Multivista at all stages of every project to resolve issues and save money.”

“BCIT has leveraged the Multivista web portal greatly through both this scanning project as well as some live construction webcams we’ve used. It’s very intuitive.”

“Multivista saved me approximately $100,000 by enabling me to locate several in-slab utilities. Multivista consistently helps our projects avoid cost overruns that typically come up with renovations. With every new renovation project, I ensure that Multivista is a budgeted component.”

“Multivista’s documentation service has had a profound impact on our team communication, collaboration, and the life cycle continuity for the Lowry Avenue Bridge project overall. The documentation Multivista offers will provide our county with a long-term permanent record of all elements of the Lowry Avenue Bridge construction process.”
