“Jim came out for the spring maintenance and system check on our Trane units before the temps start heating up. He looked into an intermittent issue we were having on one unit and was able to catch it and diagnose the issue. Really appreciate having Mason's experts maintain our variable speed AC systems (we love these for keeping the house temps steady and comfortable). Jim explained the issue in detail and his expertise was obvious. As usual, Mason does a great job communicating, shows up on time, and always sends a pro like Jim.”

““This is our second time using Mason Services, the first being for HVAC. We were once again, very impressed with the honesty and professionalism of Mason Pro representatives. We called on a Friday, appointment made for the following Monday. We were given a time frame, and Tony called ahead of his arrival. Tony evaluated our water heater and was courteous and clearly explained how/why water heaters may need flushing. Ours did not require flushing and he simply turned down the temperature on our unit. We will definitely call Mason for ANY future home services that we may require.””
