What their customers say
Quotes from people at Maclane's Automotive's customers.
“I recently had to have my tire repaired due to a nail puncture. I discovered it the evening before and didn’t have time for a flat. The next morning I drove to Maclane’s in Downtown and they were able to get me in right away so I could get to work. Jared and the team are great and I highly recommend them.”
“Review is long overdue. First time using Maclane's Automotive in Downingtown. I will definitely use again. I had both rear wheel bearing replacements along with rear brakes and alignment in my Mazda CX30 2022. They were able to work on it next day and completed the following morning. This was a few weeks ago and everything is perfect with the car with the work provided. In addition, they were really nice people. Very genuine. Again, great experience and I will go back.”
“First experience with Maclane's was a positive one. They were able to quickly and effectively do a safety check on my Mercedes Sprinter-based RV. Customer care and service was top notch.”
“They initially helped me with a screw in my tire just before closing time which I greatly appreciated. That willingness to help cemented them as the shop my husband and I now take our cars to.”
“Maclanes did a great job again. New tires, fluid flushes, and much more were done in time for my road trip. Thank you”

“If you want to waste your day. Over an hour and 1/2 $80+ dollars for an oil change. Going somewhere else next time.”
“Great place to bring your car!! They give you a detailed overview of what’s going on, what your options are, honest with urgency & safety concerns & speedy process! Also just great customer service !”
“I was impressed with a ride home and pickup. Zach was on top of everything that was done and recommendations for the future. Price was fair for the service done. I will go back again.”
““When my check engine light started flashing, Maclane’s was incredibly helpful. They clearly explained the priority repairs and offered options for next steps, which made the situation much less stressful. The work was done quickly, and they kept me informed the entire time. Excellent communication and dependable service!””
