“The install stall went well. The installer was an hour late arriving but he did call at 10:30 am and said he should arrive in 30-60 minutes. He arrived 90 minutes after the call. It took about 3 hours to complete the install which was longer than I expected, but the installer said it took a long time to drain the old water heater (seemed like a logical explanation since the water heater was over 15 years old). In the end, I was happy with the finished product and the hot water was flowing afterwards.”
