“We got IQ Fiber about a month ago. Super fast internet and great service! Our internet went out this morning during Tropical Storm Ian. I sent an email just to let them know and not expecting a response until the storm was over. But I got a call a few minutes later. They tried to reset remotely and when that didn’t work, they had a truck over within the hour and got us back up and running. They went way beyond our expectations during a storm!!”
