What their customers say
Quotes from people at Honest-1 Auto Care Prior Lake's customers.
“Mike at the front was very helpful from the start! I Came in very unexpected with an urgent issue and he got me in as quick as he could! Sean the manager was also very helpful working with my dad to make sure we were all on the same page of what needed to be done. Not sure if prices are comparable, but my urgent issue was fixed very fast and I really appreciated the flexibility with my schedule :)”
“I just had a great experience with Honest -1 Auto Care in Burnsville. The man I dealt with was very helpful and didn't talk down to me as I am a women. I really appreciated that too. I wouldn't hesitate at all to go there again or refer people. You guys rock!”
“Another great experience with H1. Brandon and team had the oil changed in under an hour. Friendly. Nice waiting area with WiFi. They’ve been doing great work for me for years!”
“Honest 1 provides excellent customer service. Yesterday my battery died. I got a jump then went to Honest 1 for help. It was late afternoon. Left the car and they drove me home. I had my car back by noon today with a new battery. They’re so friendly and I trust my car maintenance with them.”
“As always the team at Honest-1 were stellar. Got me in and out on an indirection very quick. But separately major kudos to them on how they assisted my son. His car had developed a check engine light issue and they could have very easily worked it and taken his money, but instead recommended he take it to the dealer as they felt the issue would be under warranty.saved him lots of dollars. Always live up their name “Honest”! Great team and special shout out to Martin & Ashley! Always take good care of me and my family for many years now.”

“I will ONLY go to Honest-1 Auto Care for my car. Marc was absolutely fantastic, and got everything done as promised quickly and efficiently. Pricing is very reasonable and the service and care is by far the best! I am so grateful.”
“I came in to get my brakes check for replacement. The check my car to diagnose the brakes and advise, brakes were good. The advise a couple of things that need to be done, just normal maintenance. I would come back, good interactions from the front desk. Explain the recommendations so I could understand. Service was quick and fast. Price was reasonable.”
“Brandon & Butch (the owner) are great people. Especially, my dealings with Brandon were amazing. Took care of me in pinch when it came to my oil change and recharge & vacuum of my AC area. Amazing customer service and making sure I was taken care of and received the best deals they had to offer. I appreciate them because I needed it. They also, helped jumped off my car so I can go to Advanced Auto to take car of my battery. Southern hospitality at the finest.”
