“Hi grade has a technician named Mark Please request him his dedication and work ethic deserves 10 stars instead of 5!😊✅👍🏽”
“We just moved up from NJ and they were wonderful! Chelsea was super professional and got someone out to get some propane in my empty tank about an hour after I called. Mark came out and was awesome! Super nice and even took a moment to relocate a hummingbird nest to a safe location before he filled the tank so it didn't hurt the bird or her babies. Checked my lines for free to make sure we were safe for my family and even sprayed some peppermint to keep rodents ect away. He went above and beyond highly recommend!!!”
“Mark is amazing! He fixed a problem that 2 licensed HVAC companies had been unable to fix. I was floored! 1 million stars to Mark!”
“Mark the service technician is very professional and knowledgeable, had our gas burner up and running in no time”
