Heim Construction Co., Inc.

“On behalf of my patent and his family, I would like to take
this time to thank you both for the beautiful work that you both have done. It was
with great pleasure meeting and working with you. I would highly recommend the
two of you if Heim shall do any more work for our company in the future. (PS. The bathroom, door, and ramp are a huge success for the patient.) Thank You Very Much!
Heim Construction is number 1.”

“You many times hear stories of contractors and engineers battling on projects. This is not the case with Heim Construction. They are true project partners. Heim works together with the Engineers, Project Owners, and other Stakeholders to construct the projects in accordance with plans and specs, most times exceeding expectations. The staff at Heim Construction are extremely knowledgeable regarding the work they do and when unforeseen issues arise, they will work with you to develop a solution. I never have any doubt that their final product will be of the highest quality.”

“I have used Heim Construction Company in several different capacities from tenant fit-out work to commercial building to construction management. Heim has consistently delivered even on a moment’s notice. I have always been impressed with their ability to stick to deadlines, communicate effectively and work within their budget. There is no job too big or too small that Heim cannot handle. I am always confident that whenever I contract Heim for a job, I will not have to worry and that the result will always exceed my expectations. They are true professionals.”

“We were in the situation where we needed to completely renovate our office while simultaneously beginning to conduct business in it. We were very impressed by Heim Construction’s quality of work, timeliness, and attention to our specific needs. We found the employees (and subcontractors) to be extremely competent, professional, and courteous. Throughout the project, our Heim Project Manager (Dennis Moyer) frequently checked in to ensure we were pleased with the progress and aware of the next steps. The renovated facility is beautiful- everything we hoped it would be.”

“Jim Buhay, and the Heim team, exceeded our expectations in so many ways! I have been involved in several construction projects, and this was the only one to truly stay on track and with no major surprises. Jim’s level of professionalism and his dedication to the project made the project seem easy. The coordination between different vendors and our staff was flawless. He also listened to my concerns and request at the beginning, and never forgot to address those along the way. The outcome was beautiful and we will definitely look to working with Heim construction again.”
