What their customers say
Quotes from people at GSM Roofing's customers.
“Glad to be wrapping up this project, but most of all ..enjoyed working with you and GSM, your company is spot on and customer service is off the charts! Thank you!”
“GSM provides leak service and other maintenance to several of our properties. They’re fast and responsive. The GSM website and customer portal have been a huge benefit, assisting Emory Hill property managers in quick and efficient leak reporting.”
“LancasterHistory is grateful for the work and care provided by GSM Roofing at Wheatland. As an historic mansion, and the home of Pennsylvania’s only United States President, Wheatland required special attention, down to the smallest detail. It’s a delight to look up and see the new roof and know that Mr. Buchanan would be proud.”
“This was one of the best contractor processes I have ever had. Aside from GSM’s expertise in working with a difficult material, they really understood the installation process. From scheduling and staging of materials to maximizing productivity and staffing to meet our demanding deadline, GSM was excellent. Not only do they know specialty roofing they went above and beyond to respect the sensitivity to the building and always worked to minimize the negative impact of working on a occupied building.”
“I want to express my appreciation for the outstanding project your company recently completed at the Roxanna Cannon Arsht Surgicenter……we look forward in working with your organization in the future.”

“It has been a pleasure doing business with you and your company! All of our contacts with your workers have been very positive! Eric was always willing and able to answer any questions that we had on site. I also appreciated your availability and prompt responses to all our questions!”
“Thanks for putting us in contact with Eric. He is very knowledgeable , professional and I enjoyed our time together. We met yesterday morning and he is forwarding a report and budget proposal. With your firms Roofing help and additional home inspections regarding Stucco Moisture tests we have uncovered a $40K + problem we would have inherited. Now it’s the sellers problem. Negotiations continue. Have a good weekend.”
“Thank you for your fast response. I take full responsibility for the confusion. Bill was patient and very great to work with – I’m very grateful and appreciative of his time and commitment while investigating this leak. We also look forward to growing a long-lasting partnership with you and the team. We appreciate your revisions. THANK YOU!”
