What their customers say
Quotes from people at Douglas Aquatics's customers.
“Just wanted to drop you a line to thank and praise you for your team’s excellent and professional work on my previously disastrous pool. Enjoying it!”
“You guys did a great job for our pool this summer.”
“This is why we do business together. That, and the fact that Douglas Aquatics is the best, most professional pool contractor/service company in Central Virginia! We’ve done business together for many years and it’s been a pleasure! Many thanks and continued best wishes.”
“A couple of things, first I wanted to thank you for having a work crew at the pool first thing Thursday morning working on the pump, getting us a quick quote on the new pump, and then getting it installed so quickly before the weekend. That was truly a great effort and I really appreciate your effort, Austin’s effort, and the effort of other Douglas Aquatics employees who made it happen. Great job – and THANK YOU.”
“Dallas and his partner did a great job installing the cover.”

“They did an excellent job at the river. I was impressed. I told them you are the best! They agreed.”
“Thank you, my experience with your company has been amazing. I will make sure everyone knows how great you all are.”
“As a follow up regarding the job done by Douglas Aquatics personnel on the pool liner replacement and the vermiculite resurfacing, I wanted to comment on a very fine job done by your people. The pool now looks good and the liner was installed with zero folds or defects. The vermiculite surface looks very smooth and is a big improvement over the original surface. To accomplish that part of the job in 95 degree heat is highly commendable. Thank you and the staff at Douglas Aquatics for a first class job!”
