What their customers say
Quotes from people at Clear Construction's customers.
“We are so appreciative of your team’s efforts to get us into our new home. Our superintendent was particularly helpful this last week to get everything finished and our project manager, Mike, you are amazing with your eye for detail and keeping the project on track ever since the day you stepped in. And Bailey, well we are very, very happy we picked you and Clear for our home. Your team has made this very special for my wife and I. We will toast all of you for helping us through this first phase of the renovation this weekend.”
“I was so impressed not only with the project and how well it is turning out, but frankly with the discussions I overheard from your people about fine-tuning issues—that showed so much attention to detail and diligence and had a real impact. It was all very exciting.”
“Our home was due for an overhaul. We had a vision of the enhancements that we wanted to make, and after speaking with several prospective contractors, Clear Construction stood out as the one for the job. Bailey’s great sense of design and ability was beyond our expectations and his ability to put ideas on paper for us to review and iterate was extremely helpful to make decisions quickly. We wanted to work with a team who could design with me along the way—Clear Construction was the perfect match.”
“Efficient execution, creative, problem-solving, effective communication. This is what I think of when I think of Clear Construction. I’ve been in residential real estate for almost 30 years and there’s no other company that I see perform at this high-level for my clients and for myself. Thank you team. You are amazing.”
“We hired Clear Construction to do a full gut and remodel of our older Mar Vista home. Bailey and his team did an exceptional job from start to finish and made it look like a new construction home. He provided a clear plan and executed flawlessly. He worked well with our interior designer and proactively addressed problems as they arose. He was able to complete the job in a timely manner as well, which is rare in construction. We would highly recommend Clear Construction to any homeowner looking to remodel or build.”
