She saw us, came to the car, and took Mollyann to the emergency room. The care she received from the emergency doctor and his team was the best. “Dr Krane is compassionate and competent, as are the nurses and assistants. Unfortunately, I had to let my eldest cat, Abby, go, a few weeks ago. Abby was my heart. She and I were treated with dignity, respectfully and lovingly. Yesterday, my cat, Cleo (Cleocatra) had her wellness check with Dr Krane, with Elizabeth assisting, along with someone whose name I do not know. As always, professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Cleo was very frightened, but they made her comfortable and kept her calm. Thank you, Dr. Krane. 😻”

The facility is clean, the staff was very friendly, and they got us back to see the doctor in a timely manner.
