What their customers say
Quotes from people at Baldface's customers.
“I hope I work there forever. Love my job. The people there are amazing and I get to live my passions everyday. Best boss and staff. Feels like a family. Love them all!”
“Cooking creatively in a beautiful mountain lodge, outside of Nelson, BC working in the kitchen with long but satisfying hours for stoked guests and super happy staff.”
“There is no other place like Baldface. We can't take credit for the beauty of these mountains that we play on, or the quality of the snow that we ride on, but we as a team do create the awesome experience that our guests have. I am very proud to be a part of the Baldface team. They are a great company to work for!”
“I've never had a better job, or worked for a better company. Most staff enjoy a week on week off rotation. This allows plenty of time to enjoy your personal life outside of work. It is a very fun environment to be in so co-workers are usually very happy to be at work. Lots of enthusiastic, like-minded people to surround yourself with. The company is constantly making upgrades to equipment, policies and safety standards. Management is very approachable and will always hear whatever it is you need to share. They truly care about their employees and it shows.”
