“Coming into the new year with heat issues is no fun but Apex helped solve it fast, and not only fixed the issues, but the technician Edward went above and beyond. He went over how certain mechanisms worked, A/C, Heating and HVAC maintenance, why he was replacing certain things, hung on the phone for 30 minutes to work with my home warranty company, and drove 30 minutes to a store that wasn’t even technically open to get the parts needed to fix the unit. I can’t thank him, and Apex enough for servicing the unit and working with me and I look forward to working with them again!”
