“¡Guardian hizo un excelente trabajo! Deimar logró que el proceso fuera muy fluido y demostró una gran profesionalidad. Jorge, Kevin y Henry también hicieron que todo fuera fácil de entender, ¡y fueron más allá de lo esperado! Recomiendo totalmente a Guardian para su próximo proyecto.”

“Guardian is a great trustworthy and efficient company. They can easily manage condo buildings. Highly recommend!”

“I chose Guardian Roofing to do some roof repairs. They did a wonderful job. While they were repairing they noticed one of my skylights was in bad shape. At first they told me it was going to be a week out in order to replace it. Later that week he came and replaced it in about an hour. Now the rain has come and everything looks good and dry. 10/21 Thank-you”

“Highly recommend Guardian Roofing! Even though we had a small repair project, we were treated with complete professionalism, politeness, and excellent communication throughout. Dallas (Estimator) got us started with a smooth process, Santiago (Installer) did an absolutely excellent job with the repair, and Robert (Project Manager) kept everything organized and running seamlessly. The entire team was right on time, highly communicative, and incredibly professional. I will 100% use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing or repairs!”

“I really like Guardian Home Services. Four years ago we had a roof leak. Our old roof needed replacing but we weren't ready financially to do it. All the roofer companies I had out refused to repair the roof, except Guardian. They acknowledged that the roof needed replacing but said they could do some repairs to help the roof last a few more years allowing us to continue to save for a replacement. They did great work. Well that was 4 years ago and it is now time to replace the roof. We will definitely consider Guardian when choosing a roofing company to replace our roof this year.”

“Been a customer of Guardian roofing for my roofing needs for five years and would recommend to anyone.”

“Great experience with this company. I got a 50 year roof and a new gutter setup for much less than I was expecting with top notch materials. Friendly people who are easy to work with. Getting it done right is the only way to go!”

“Looks like Juan did a great job of replacing a patch of roof, even though I didn't have a chance to meet him and talk with him.”

“Contacted Guardian about cleaning moss from roof. Eli arrived on time and was very professional all time that he was here. He explained everything very well.”

“Dallas was very punctual, polite and professional! He did an extremely thorough video inspection of the roof and diagnosed a few nagging gutter problems effectively.”

“I got a free inspection and Greg was very professional and went above and beyond.”

“Wonderful service. We have cement tile roofing and a corner hip tile came off in the wind. We called Guardian and they came out the next morning, even though it was snowing.”

“Been great so far in the initial inspection and documentation of the issue. They did a temp fix until they can come back out to fix my roof so this review is for initial services.”

“Guardian is an excellent company with extremely skilled employees. I had signs of a water leak coming out of my siding, and they promptly came out to trace the problem (at no charge).”

“Incredibly responsive. I was able to get a diagnosis and estimate on the same that I discovered a roofing issue.”

“I really appreciated Joshua honesty and integrity He explained why our roof was leaking with video's and pictures. He also showed why the shingles were failing and how the crown on the chimney was cracked.”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Taylor Wright from Guardian Roofing, and I can't recommend him highly enough. Taylor inspected my roof with incredible attention to detail and quickly identified the source of a small leak.”

“I haven’t used this company to clean my roof yet, but I definitely will now! Dallas del Rosario was working on a neighbor's roof when he noticed a loose tile on mine. He took a picture of it, came over to let me know, and fixed it right then and there. It was incredibly kind and proactive of him. I will absolutely be calling them to get my roof cleaned next!”

“Very professional from start to finish. Big thank you to the guys that performed the work. The roof had quite a bit of moss and gutters full of debris. I can’t say enough on how pleased I am with quality of their work. Well done guys! I will be using them again for sure.”

“I was very satisfied with Gabriel’s work in fixing my chimney flashing. He did an excellent job in removing the worn flashing and installing step flashing that looks terrific!”
