Las Vegas Spring Job Fair 2025 Drew 6,400 Job Seekers

Las Vegas rolled out the red carpet for job seekers again as the Original Spring Job Fair took over the Las Vegas Convention Center North Hall on Thursday, May 1, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It was more than just another day at the convention center. For many, it was a ticket to a new job.

How big was the 2025 Spring Job Fair?

Forget the slot machines; the real jackpot was the job openings. Clark County expected about 100 employers with thousands of open positions, from entry-level to professional roles.

The final turnout beat that. KLAS reported that about 6,400 people attended, the most job seekers in the event's eight-year history, with around 130 employers and nearly 15,000 available jobs.

The event was free, and on-the-spot offers were a real possibility. At the previous year's fair, nearly 4,000 job seekers attended and about one in five received a job offer on the spot, according to Clark County.

What extra help did the fair offer?

Parents got a break too. The fair offered free child care for potty-trained children aged 3 to 12, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Career coaches were on hand to review resumes. The fair's partner, EmployNV Business Hub, also ran a free pop-up career hub with computers and printers, so job seekers could focus on talking to employers rather than fumbling with paper jams.

A Community Effort with No Hidden Fees

Events like this are more than hiring fairs; they are community glue. Clark County Commissioners Tick Segerblom and Jim Gibson hosted the fair and kept it free for everyone. "We don't charge job seekers or employers to participate," Segerblom said.
